Refund and Returns Policy

Zero Touch Counselling sessions are completely free.

For Personal Counselling sessions: Session fees once paid are non-refundable under any circumstances. If your appointment is cancelled by your counsellor, our team will discuss an alternative slot or another counsellor to help you progress with the session.

If you cannot attend at the appointed time, please reach out to us as soon as you realise this but no later than 3 hours prior to your scheduled appointment and we will help reschedule it to another slot.

When you contact us, please provide your name, counsellor’s name, appointment slot and reason for cancellation/ rescheduling.

If your appointment is cancelled by your counsellor, our team will discuss an alternative slot or another counsellor to help you progress with the session.
