I am passionate about my work and love helping people help themselves to overcome challenges in their lives. I have Masters degree in Clinical Psychology from Goa University, Certified NLP Master Practitioner by International coach and trainer Mr. Amit Pathak, and certified graphologist by Vedh Vidhi, India .

I have conducted numerous workshops on Mental Health, handled different types of cases which include Suicidal ideation, post traumatic stress, anxiety, depression, sexual abuse trauma, substance abuse, anger issues, panic attack, relationship issues, social anxiety, building confidence, dealing nervousness, etc. I attend numerous capacity building trainings every year to enhance my knowledge in this field.
